I arrived after a long journey only to find my key wasn't in the lockbox as promised. The staff was unhelpful, insisting I should've booked a day earlier.

The place was clean with a friendly professional and professional staff at the reception desk. The hotel has magnificent and absolutely perfect location next to Kings Park and city. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would love to come back.

Had very pleasant experience, overall extremely convenient and lovely small place.
This accommodation had a central setting by having bays available at a neighbouring property.

I recently stayed for three nights while attending a conference, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a full kitchen, including a washer/dryer, which was a lifesaver. Being located close to Kings Park made my morning walks good, and there were great café options nearby for breakfast. The friendly staff provided clear instructions upon my arrival, and I appreciated the lovely facilities, particularly the quality of the furniture and appliances.
I can just recommend this hotel.

Good size bathroom in the well presented room. Comfy bed and good service. Magnificent location short walk to the city & kings park, shopping facilities and public transport, and cafes, restaurant, King's Park and 12 minutes to Farmer Jack supermarket which by the way has fresh veggies.

The hotel's clean and spacious rooms, complete with comfortable beds and great amenities, made our quick visit enjoyable. The location next to Kings Park and the nearby Botanic Gardens was perfect for relaxing walks, while attractions like Elizabeth Quay and Perth Zoo were great for family bonding. The staff made the check-in process seamless, although the parking options could be tricky; thankfully, nearby bays alleviated that concern. a lovely spot to explore Perth!

the location was perfect for my brief visit, and the nearby parking made it easy to access. I appreciated having a decent space to relax, but I didn't get to enjoy the gym due to restrictive hours.
Nothing, all great! 😃.

The location was fantastic, right across from King's Park, making morning walks a daily treat. I appreciated the spacious apartment that featured a kitchenette and washer/dryer, which added a lot of convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really enhanced our experience. While the balcony setup felt a bit lacking in privacy, overall, it was a pleasant stay where I felt at home.
